Refund Policy

Day Passes:
We can credit your day pass to a membership or punch card only if the transactions are done on the same day.

Youth Programs:
There are NO refunds on Youth Program Team Fees.

Cancellations & Freeze Policy on Memberships:
All cancellations and freezes must be communicated via phone, email, in person, or via the Online Change Form through our website 10 days prior to your next monthly/annual automatic billing cycle.
A cancellation fee of $25 will incur if you cancel your Autopay (EFT) membership within first 3 months, excluding any prorated months.
We do not offer refunds for payments on memberships which have not been canceled/frozen on time, or on prepaid memberships.

Cancellations:
NO refunds on Prepaid Memberships unless extenuating and uncontrollable medical circumstances.
Any outstanding balances on your account must be fully settled prior to cancellation.
Cancellation of your membership will forfeit grandfathered rates or discounted membership rates, and any reinstated memberships will be at current rates.

Freezes:
Autopay (EFT) Memberships and Annual Prepaid can be frozen for up to 3 months at a time, twice a year nonconsecutively.
To unfreeze, show up in person or give us a call and your membership dues will be prorated from that day until the next billing date.
All frozen memberships will be charged $15/month and any applicable surcharges.
Frozen memberships are a courtesy to members with a ‘grandfathered rate’ who plan on returning to the gym after the freeze, thus a frozen membership cannot be canceled.
Frozen memberships must be reactivated for one month before canceling.
If the primary member freezes their membership only, the secondary member’s rate will increase to the primary member rate for the duration of the freeze.
While a membership is frozen, add-on amenities (like locker rentals and tanning) for the frozen membership will not be billed.
