Membership Change Requests
Use the form below to make changes to your membership such as freezing, unfreezing, or updating your contact and payment info. For youth program questions, please email teamscalers@gmail.com
All membership changes must be submitted by the 25th of the month for the following billing cycle, on the 1st. We do not offer refunds for payments on memberships which have not been cancelled/frozen on time. To fully cancel/terminate your Autopay (EFT) membership, please call, come in, or email us at rockfishclimbing@gmail.com. Please note, a $25 cancellation fee will incur for terminations made within the first 3 months of an Autopay (EFT) membership, not including any prorated months.
Policies
Membership Termination
Any outstanding balances on your account must be fully settled prior to cancellation/termination.
Cancellation of your membership will forfeit grandfathered rates or discounted membership rates, and any reinstated memberships will be at current rates.
Terminations within 3 months, not including any prorated months, of an Autopay (EFT) membership will result in a $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds on a prepaid membership, except under extreme and extenuating circumstances.
Freezes
Memberships can be frozen for up to 4 months at a time, twice a year nonconsecutively.
To unfreeze, show up in person, give us a call, or use the form below, and your membership dues will be prorated from that day until the next billing date.
All frozen memberships will be charged $15/month.
Frozen memberships are a courtesy to members with a ‘grandfathered rate’ who plan on returning to the gym after the freeze, thus a frozen membership cannot be canceled.
Frozen memberships must be reactivated for one month before canceling.
If the primary member freezes their membership only, the secondary member’s rate will increase to the standard primary member rate for the duration of the freeze.
While a membership is frozen, add-on amenities (like locker rentals) for the frozen membership will not be billed.
